Refund Policy

At Eden Adventure Madagascar, we understand that unexpected events can happen. Our refund policy is designed to provide our clients with reasonable flexibility while honoring the commitments made at the time of booking.
1. General Conditions
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

2. Cancellation by the Client
➤ More than 30 days before departure:
75% refund of the amount paid, minus any applicable fees.
➤ Between 15 and 30 days before departure:
50% refund of the total amount.
➤ Less than 15 days before departure:
No refund will be issued, except in cases of force majeure duly justified (serious illness, accident, etc.).
3. Cancellation by Eden Adventure Madagascar
If we must cancel a tour or service for reasons beyond your control (extreme weather conditions, logistical issues, etc.):
You will be informed as soon as possible.
You will have the choice between a full refund or rescheduling your trip to a later date.
4. Date Changes by the Client
You may request a date change up to 30 days before departure, subject to availability. No penalty will apply for the first modification.
5. Unused Services
No refunds will be given for services booked but not used (meals, excursions, accommodations, etc.), unless cancellation was previously agreed with our team.
6. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7 to 45 business days after the request has been approved, using the same payment method as the original booking.
7. Special Cases
For tailor-made bookings, refund conditions may vary depending on agreements with our service providers. Specific conditions will be communicated to you when applicable.
