Trip Confirmation
Your booking will be considered confirmed once we have received a confirmation email along with a deposit of 30% of the total amount (excluding flights).
If you ask us to book domestic flights on your behalf, the tickets will only be issued once full payment for the airfare has been received. Please note that airline availability and fare options are only guaranteed for 24 hours.
As soon as we receive the deposit, an official confirmation will be sent to you. The remaining balance must be paid no later than the first day of departure.
For any booking made less than 30 days before departure, 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of confirmation.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, through a secure online card payment platform, or via mobile money (MVola or Orange Money) using Tap Tap Send.
